At Eureka Miniatures UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your RMA form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
